Innovative blanket for sheetfed offset printing with UV inks
BIRKAN Senator Eco UV convinces with a new carcass design which meets special requirements in combination with the rubber printing surface.
The carcass is specially divided and fitted with two compressible layers for preventing undesirable vibration shock marks during sheetfed offset, packaging and metal printing. Easy mounting and low elongation also eliminate the need for frequent retensioning.
The robust EPDM surface layer is characterized by excellent swell-resistance to highly reactive UV curing inks and UV solvents.
Furthermore, you can rely on BIRKAN Senator Eco UV to deliver an outstanding printing performance when transferring UV inks – both in screens and solids.
