Stable all-round blanket for hybrid applications
BIRKAN Tycoon Advance is the answer to the complex demands of modern sheet-fed offset printing: Durability, versatility and best printing results are the hallmarks of this printing blanket.
The blanket‘s compressible layer, which is based on an innovative microsphere technology, is decisive for the quality. Rebound characteristics, striking absorption and smash resistance are excellent.
The ground surface is suitable for both conventional inks and hybrid applications (conventional and UV inks alternating) and provides excellent ink transfer, with sharp dots and even solids. The top compound is not only particularly easy to clean, but also hydrophilic, which supports its use in alcohol-free or alcohol-reduced printing. Last but not least, it convinces with very good sheet release.
The carcass has a three-layer construction, is extremely stable and guarantees a long service life.
