Economical all-round printing blanket for conventional inks
BIRKAN Tycoon Eco is the perfect blanket for high volume applications and where controlling press consumable costs are a major consideration. The very elastic surface compound ensures a remarkably high edge cut resistance and enables use with a variety of sheet sizes without the need for blanket changes.
BIRKAN Tycoon Eco is designed for use with conventional inks and affords excellent ink transfer and meets all demands for high print quality.
The compressible layer has excellent rebound characteristics and, among other things, allows for the blanket to follow the contours of the substrate. Increased resistance to edge marking and smashes is also part of the blanket‘s strengths.
The printing blanket is particularly easy to mount in the press due to the increased flexibility of the 3-ply carcass, which is moreover extremely stable. Overall, BIRKAN Tycoon Eco impresses with its remarkably good mechanical resistance.
