Swell-resistant UV blanket for top printing quality
BIRKAN Tycoon Narrow Web UV is characterised by a fine ground surface made of a premium EPDM-rubber compound. This surface is extremely swell resistant to UV inks and washing solutions. At the same time the special surface compound improves ink transfer and limits paper dust piling.
The micro-ground surface guarantees top printing results in the form of clean and sharp dot reproduction as well as even screens on a wide range of substrates.This blanket is therefore ideally suited for versatile applications on narrow web presses.
The highly compressible microsphere layer ensures long service live and excellent smash resistance. Best quality stabilizing fabrics provide extra robustness and high dimension stability.
