Plastic printing at high speed
The surface of X-treme Plus offers superior resistance to both ketone based and UV curing inks, giving longer blanket life and consistent print performance.
Due to the new surface, abrasion resistance has been improved, allowing conical containers to be printed. Furthermore, this blanket is suited to very high press speeds.
The new surface compound provides optimum ink transfer properties and dot sharpness, thus ensuring excellent half tone and solid print on all types of plastic containers. Even with smallest half tone dots or reverses a very good print result can be achieved.
Another feature of the surface compound is its extreme swelling resistance, thus allowing the use of UV curing inks.
