POLYFOL M SKL
Self-adhesive underpacking foil made of dimensionally stable polyester with increased adhesion
The polyester underpacking foil POLYFOL M (“matte”) SKL is made of dimensionally stable polyester and was developed for use on high-speed web presses. It grants high shear adhesive strength to prevent slipping under the plate. The matte finish increases its surface friction with the plate. A special low-tack glue ensures easy removal and leaves no residues on the cylinder.
Furthermore, POLYFOL M SKL is highly tear- and swelling-resistant, thus providing high durability. The foil is resistant to chemical cleaning agents or solvents and thermostable at high temperatures in the printing press.
POLYFOL M SKL can be easily applied to almost all cylinders and can be removed quickly and cleanly with very little cleaning effort.
