You can achieve impressive effects even with simple spot coating. Entire images or individual, cropped image elements can be emphasised. Conversely, adhesive tabs or stamp fields can be omitted with the help of a coating form. New creative possibilities open up for your prepress department or your customer's agency – we have the technology and expertise to realise them.

Quality work and XXL format

Your coating forms are cut with CAD precision on one of the most modern and largest blanket cutting plotters in Europe. The cutting depth is precisely defined and matched to the material to prevent damage to the substrate. As we can cut all formats up to 2,450 mm wide, there are theoretically no limits to the size of your coating form – it is determined solely by the width of the available material and your printing machine specifications.

All coating plates or blankets are delivered to you ready for use. If required, we can also assemble them with bars or supply an additional coating form cylinder underpacking as a compressible underlay to protect your coating forms.

Delivery times

We endeavour to prioritise the processing of coating forms, as these are often required at very short notice. As a rule, we keep coating plates of various qualities in stock in standard machine formats.
