BIRKAN Aeropress Premium UV
A new solution for high-end UV applications
Everyone who has installed a LE or LED UV printing system will require a blanket that is compatible with this new generation of fast curing, low energy UV printing. Due to its improved compressible layer and a newly featured surface rubber, BIRKAN Aeropress Premium UV represents the perfect solution for these highly demanding UV applications.
The new EPDM surface layer is characterized by excellent swell-resistance to highly reactive UV curing inks and aggressive UV washing agents. The particular surface compound assists ink transfer, prevents piling and has moreover neutral feed characteristics. The compressible microsphere layer incorporates a new closed pore system and maintains a uniform thickness over the blanket‘s entire width.
The fine ground surface structure ensures excellent printing results as well for halftone print as for solid print, whatever your paper type or thickness is, as well as a very good paper release (QR effect).
