Varnishing blanket with high dimension stability
BIRKAN Aeropress UV Strip is offering all the comfort of a varnishing blanket with perfect register, equally suited for spot and area coating. But what is more, this blanket has been designed especially for UV coating applications.
The coating form can be prepared either by hand or cad cutting table. The compressible layer is well adapted to easy peeling and thus provides quick and trouble free stencil preparation.
Due to its EPDM surface, BIRKAN Aeropress UV Strip has an excellent swell resistance. At the same time, this surface is provides perfect varnish transfer with high gloss levels.
The new 4-ply carcass ensures extraordinary dimension stability, allowing repeat runs without difficulty – an important asset for the packaging industry.
