BIRKAN Print2Plast
New development for plastic container printing
BIRKAN Print2Plast is a newly developed plastic printing blanket, offering excellent print results which are at least equivalent to those of comparable blankets.
The surface is made of abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber and provides superior resistance to both ketone based and UV curing inks, as well as longer blanket life and consistent print performance.
Furthermore, the cast surface provides optimum ink transfer properties and very good dot sharpness. Even with smallest half tone dots or reverses, a very good print result can be achieved.
Another feature of the surface compound is its extreme swelling resistance, thus allowing the use of UV curing inks. Moreover, the blanket shows high dimensional stability.
